I don't own any trademarks but I do know
a trademark attorney that has trademarks pending. This said attorney also contacted
me regarding this domain name and wanted to form a partnership since he might
hold various related trademarks if they get approved. There are no other pending trademarks presently out there. I could still enter into an agreement with him. He would be the only
person to file for a UDRP were I to not form a partnership with him.
