Traffic for your domains or for your sites?
If we're are talking about domains (maybe parked) you can't without content.
SEO is not a suggestion if your site is not developed.
You can build thousands of (quality) backlinks and you'll never have organic traffic without content,
Why google/bing/duck and all minor SEs have to propose your domain to their customers?
What do you offer to them?
A naked domain or a fully developed (fast/responsive) site where customers can find what they are looking for?
It does not work in this way in 2020 (in 2015 as well).

P.S. In a theoretical scenario, if something magic happened, i.e. your domain rank high and you receive organic traffic the bounce rate will be 99%. Google record it and after a couple of A/B tests will never propose your domain. Game over.

Hi

if your domain does not get type-in traffic from people typing your domain in the address bar....
then it's not organic.

the domain has to be a popular or commonly used term, word, phrase etc, to get organic traffic

all other traffic, is either from backlinks, search engines, paid for or bots.

imo...

If you have great domain , strong and wanted by many people, you would get traffic naturally, you could add more effort with paid ads, seo , or driving visitor from social media. But the main key is good domain name in your hand

You don't need search console. Search console is a tool to measure organic traffic, how your keywords perform on google search.
As I mentioned before you can not have organic traffic for parked domain, It does not rank for any keyword and It'll never do without content.
Maybe some parking company offer the possibility to integrate google analytics (tool that monitor traffic).
In both cases you need an hosting plan, because in order to verify the property of domain )for GSC) you've to place a meta tag in your HTML code, or upload a file via FTP to your site.
Or JS code for google analytics.
No one of these operations are available without hosting.
To simplify: search engines rank CONTENT not the domain name.

REAL CASE STUDY:
There was an interesting study in the SEO industry few months ago, where a bad domain name (for domainers) started to rank on google #1 for keyword p+rn.
Big guys like xvideos and p+rnhub started to monitor that site beacuse it started to have more traffic (for some keywords) compared to them.
That site has 250M monthly visitors and he banked (at least) $50/$70k per month.
Where are all the p+rn.whatyouwant domains?
Content is (and always be) the king.

Beg to diver.

The term “organic traffic” is used for referring to the visitors that land on your website as a result of unpaid (“organic”) search results. Organic traffic is the opposite of paid traffic, which defines the visits generated by paid ads.

When listing your domains, make sure you:
1. Write keywords for the domain name, e.g. Sports, Football, Leisure, Lifestyle, Clubs, Outdoor sport, Indoor sports, etc). Optional. Adding keywords to your domain data makes the domain landing page unique and may bring potential through the search engines

2. Write description. Recommended to have unique content for each domain.

With keywords and description, your domains are indexed better by search engines. Domain For Sale Landing Page may also carry this information.

3, List your domain name under multiple categories so that potential buyers have a better chance of seeing it.
According to GoDaddy auctions, most popular categories are: Real Estate, Words & Phrases, Business and Advertising, Sales & Marketing. And paid services!

4. If you have a website where you showcase your domains, add social share buttons to your website, so people can share if they like what they saw. I used overlooked this aspect, but thanks to a member here who recently suggested that simple, yet powerful free promotional tool.

Hi

you don't have to beg :)
but I wouldn't let google decide what I consider organic traffic

because if your domain isn't in their results file, then you won't get traffic from it.

imo....

Beg to differ.
Organic traffic is SEO terminology. Google has nothing to do with it.

Organic = natural = not paid for (i.e. ads, traffic bots, etc.) Can be type-ins, can be from indexed content in search, can be from referring links (on web sites or social media) ...

Content and none of the above in fact you do not need a good domain to make a lot of content and rank. The fact we know to do it with a better name is almost irrelevant in the real world as people will make do with the names they have and ride the success out of it. Brands would not stand a chance if they didn't have a chance.
Nothing beats the generic name the exact type in that exactly describes a business.
