I have a handful of WordPress powered automated content publishing sites for sale.

The site is powered by WordPress and uses some great plugins to make it fully automated. First, it checks Google Trends for the latest/new search trends and creates a new post for each new search trend. Then it automatically creates a featured image for the post which is based on the title of the post. Then it dynamically generates a unique list of articles on the post, based on the post title which are fetched from Google or Bing news public RSS feed. Then, Amazon (search) ads are dynamically created based on the post title. The ads are unique for each post. This is a custom solution I made using & modifying hand picked plugins.

These sites use a premium WordPress plugin to fetch & publish articles from public news feeds on Google, Bing, etc. The plugin also posts content from YouTube and Amazon products. Very powerful & super customizable filters allows admin to target very specific content for publishing. Sites all use well-documented themes and popular free plugins to improve layout & functionality.
