Good luck on the payment. Ive had 5 of these "sales" through DAN landers this month alone... All sitting as unpaid/cancelled. Shame the "legally binding agreement" isnt as serious as it sounds.
Not worth the virtual paper they are printed on. And from what I gather the "buyers" are not banned so free to do it again.

Someone offered 150k$ on my domain last week, I accepted it and He never paid 😏
Was this on dan.com? I too accepted a few offers on them and none got fulfilled. I’m thinking Dan.com needs to do something as this is all to common.

Best of luck Michael
This thread is turning into more about offers received @DAN.COM that dont pay
Maybe start a thread about offers non payment received at Dan.com then @LaszloSchenk can tell us what percent of offers end up being non payments on his platform
40% ?
My names are so bad i dont even get fake offers

I too got a fake offer from philippines IP for one of my domain. We shouldn't blame marketplace here. We (some of the) domainers have been sending these fake offers spamming the whole community. Not good for anyone.

These Are Not What I Would Call Domainers In The Slightest - These Are Spammers/Scammers/Trolls.

These Idiots Dont Deserve Any Other Title.

Sounds like a concerted effort to delegitimize the Dan.com platform. Although, it seems that Dan doesn't care. Why not have payment up front? The current process is ridiculous.

Have you had any better success with bin?

Wasting your time I see problems from start.

Did you ever receive a 10.000.000 offer ? I did for my 1stgin.com domain ! A lot of zeros, even less would have been very welcome.

I like DAN and the Team and appreciate their support, they have nothing to do with this, and can do nothing to stop fake offers, clearly it is impossible to file a lawsuite for every case and it should be the domain owner the first to act.

Thank you DAN for the opportunity to receive ANY offer, who knows ?

I'm still waiting for my 10.000.000 and in the meantime enjoy a mojito.

Offers are nothing, payment is the king. I sold 3 domains for 5K and up in the last 12 months, , none were paid. I don't understand why people do it: to steal our data?: Marketplaces are guilty with this, they are warned, but don't take action. Buyers should pay $1 upfront first and that money should go to the seller in case of cancellation, before paying 10K.

...
But yours is porbably real, so, cogratulations to both parties.

I like your idea to pay $1 to make the offer
Clearly I was not paid, it was a fake offer

If he paid I would be retired from domaining and travelling the globe..
I think he entered his phone number instead of the offer
