I started the Pinupcom website development 5 years ago and has a cost over $300K in terms of time & capital spent with no regrets.
The unfortunate part is that I managed to build to its final stage to monetise for income that is now happening. Unfortunately I have been dealt a bad hand with my health with a life threatening illness and have no option left than sell. I have had an incredible journey during the past 20 years and now its time for me to say goodbye with one thing certain the new owner of Pinup is going to inherit an awesome developemnt that is much loved by education facilities and others around the globe.
In 2015 we received a written offer for pinup.com domain at $300K that was turned down for our website development underway. Today's value may/may not reach that offer, but serious investors are invited to show interest with an offer upwards of $150,000USD.

Fully Developed ‘collaboration’ income producing website https://Pinup.com with 200,000 registered members using 550,000 + canvasses with 55,000 daily users. Social media accounts plus 3 x Domains PinupNotes.com - PinupChat.com - TLD listhings.com (appraisal) $15,000USD.
Buyer will receive domain transfer/s and website data folders.
