@Riz M. Bravo, I only have one question when sending an email, what kind of email do you use, pure text or HTML?

Super sale. Congratulations.

@Riz M. Congrats on the sale. But any suggestions on how you send emails and are they not marked as spam as usually sending emails without approval would be considered as spam and chances of domain getting marked as spam? Also what kind of users/management profiles do you send emails to? As I had tried it long back and never received a response - even though I found the companies using the same name (Exact match) of my domain with the word they were using yet no one ever got back, so just some help would be appreciated. Thanks

Some of us here are trying to reduce the chances of the emails being considered as spam by suggesting that any outbound should be targeted, respectful, perhaps educational to some degree and only be done for quality domains that have the potential of adding some value to the prospective companies that we are trying to reach out to, and then we have others here who are doing mass emails and want to encourage others to spam as many companies as their scripts can handle because they only care about making a sale irregardless of how it's going to make domainers and domaining look like in the eyes of the public. And then these same spammers and scammers ridicule the honest domainers for not being as successful in domain sales.

I know for sure that there is going to be a shake up in the domain Industry because Spammers, Scammers, and Money Launderers can not be allowed to win over the good guys through bullying and intimidation.

Till then I am signing off out of threads like this.

You can simply push within the same registrar, which is what was done here I believe.

Congrats, Great buy, great flip.

8000 - 9% commission through public BIN = $7280.

Since you had him on the hook and ready to go through DAN anyway, you could've taken a second to import the lead and it would've emailed him a direct BIN agreement at 5% and you would've pocketed an extra $320.

Just a heads up for your next sale. $320 was nearly the cost of the domain itself or the cost of another good name to flip. It all adds up for hardly any additional effort. :)

(I'm giving this advice to myself too, sometimes I just want to get stuff closed ASAP I even direct them to GoDaddy paying 20%, but if you're confident in the buyer, import.)

we paid 5% on this transaction as customer spoke to me on linkedin and suddenly clicked bin without asking me . so i sent proof to dan and they deducted commission from 9% to 5%.
Thanks :)
