Some member global chat is harassing me and saying “ruined chat” reason “chat dead”
yet, find other ways blame; i chat too much
claim to be an expert.. other insults etc,

equity came perfect solution, different rooms in global chat, possible have only two at this point (not active weekday) good things from the bad.

I loved the old chat, anyone could start their own room, password protect it, etc... I think years ago Eric mentioned to me that this chat did not allow that from a software standpoint or needed extra coding so I understand it might not be able to be as good as the old chat.

It's always possible but i think it requires using irc, and setup an ircd to be allowed to create own channels while the admins can have a control over the whole network.
That will be a good thing, you can create your own room and manage it accordingly.
