If Russia, a country with 5% of the US GDP, can influence your elections, then you would be better off looking at yourselves and the 50 years of Marxist leaning education that has been the staple of universities.

And you should be more worried about the CIA influencing your election. But of course, they are patriots right?

Putin and all the oligarchs that use Trump properties to launder their money, are swimming in money. It doesn't cost much to pay some people to work social media. Probably one of the cheapest ways to advertise/influence.

How Russian Money Helped Save Trump’s Business
After his financial disasters two decades ago, no U.S. bank would touch him. Then foreign money began flowing in.

"Donald Trump Jr., has appeared to confirm, saying in 2008—after the Trump Organization was prospering again—that “Russians make up a pretty disproportionate cross-section of a lot of our assets.”

Yes, Russia tries to influence US elections, like they have for decades. And the US has done the same to almost every country around the world. The only thing new is the scare mongering. Though you could say it's a golden oldie, since McCarthy did it first. I mean, Americans should be ashamed if they believe Russia is influencing their elections, not angry.

Also new is that some less than patriotic Americans cheer the CIA rigging US elections. They used to have the decency to do that quietly, but no need for tact when so many people with no sense of history are cheering it on.

Yes, we all know about influence, nothing new. It seems tho you guys get upset when it's pointed out the influence is for Trump. This is a fact.

As far as:

"CIA rigging US elections"

Can you get into that some. What election did the CIA rig? And who exactly did it?

No, doesn't make any difference to me who the Russians support. Why should it?

So far the CIA, we need go no further back than this week's well timed leak about the Russians "backing" Sanders. Same playbook they used in Trump, but apparently the CIA is no match for Russia. Another example of the US in second place.

Oh, so Russia is better at rigging U.S. elections than the C.I.A. There is no tin hat emoji at NP, so had to find one on the interwebz.

Wear it well. We are not talking secret handshakes here. Guys like Brennan are proud of what they have done with the CIA.

They promise the government will take of everything.
They instill Marxist class warfare by focusing on classes of race, gender, and sexual orientation.
They promise socialistic programs and free stuff for all.

And then they are shocked that their constituents would vote for a real socialist. It must be Dr. Evil himself... Putin!

The Democrats dug this hole. They can live with it.

Yep, we're not from there either but I know a lot people moved to the Research Triangle area/surrounding parts. First Christmas visiting, I kept listening for somebody with a Southern accent, never heard one. Felt a little Stepford Wives/Pleasantville. Christmas morning, taking out the trash, it seemed like everybody was taking out the trash at the same time. Saw brother's neighbor coming over, already knew what he was going to say before he said it. Complaining about the in-laws. It was a little surreal, like right out of a movie. I could be hating a little bit, it is a very nice, upwardly mobile, family friendly area. If it wasn't for that Affiiate/Nexus/Amazon tax stuff, I might have moved there. That's not an issue anymore, so that is still a possibility.

Hahaha! LOL. My cousin tells me that he feels like its witness protection program type of neighborhoods! :) Like the end of Good Fellas. Lots of planned developments with HOA's. People seems to like that, I dont. I like acreage and quiet. :) When I moved here 3 decades ago people were so friendly and would stop and talk to you and the drawl was actually wonderful to hear. I love it. Its rare to encounter that southern drawl now. I often wonder where those folks all went! I think that lots of them sold their land to developers and made lots of $ and those developers built all these housing developments, here and across the state.

I am astonished at the population influx. It really has changed politics. I live in the NC District 09 area and that whole debacle that occurred: https://www.wbtv.com/news/investigate/nc-9/ Some areas that have had Republican strongholds for decades are now having very tight races. This is due to that influx from all over the nation. Nothing stays the same forever!

I've got news for the Democratic establishment. They can't stop us."

He’s been in the senate for 30 years. Doesn’t that make him “Democratic establishment?”

He’s not going to win if he gets the nomination. He needs PA, MI and WI or maybe FL or AZ. And if by some miracle he does, he won’t get anything done unless dems hold the house and flip the senate. Even then it’s iffy.

In office 30 years. Sponsored over 400 pieces of legislation, 7 of which were passed. Three were Vermont specific, two of those 3 were to rename a post office.

Not exactly the record of someone who inspires cooperation...

I guess he could reverse executive orders and make a bunch of his own, but that’s not a sustainable plan.

I posted that video of him on his Russian honeymoon - shirtless (eww), drinking and singing the Russian anthem a while back - May have been before the 2016 election. You know that’s gonna get a lot of airtime right before the election if they nominate him.

If people want to go progressive, Liz is 100 times more qualified. But sure, pick the angry old ineffective white guy who just had a heart attack over the smart and accomplished woman who already disclosed her health records...

Did your know...

Moderates and conservatives in the Weimar Republic were so afraid of “the communists” that President Hindenburg made Hitler Chancellor to keep “the communists” out of power.

Then Hitler suspended the Constitution of the Weimar Republic and made himself the undisputed leader of the German nation and people.

(Then came oppression, genocide, war, usw...)

The GOP controlled the House from 2011-2015 and both the house and the senate in 2015 and 2016. If Obama committed any “high crimes and misdemeanors” why did they not impeach him?
Answer: Because he didn’t commit any impeachable offenses so they had no grounds to do so.

Meanwhile...

Trump is PUTIN!! Why couldn't I see it before?

Answer: Because he didn’t commit any impeachable offenses so they had no grounds to do so.

1) Even though R's were afraid of Obama's popularity, they shared goals regarding immigration, amnesty.

2) R's learned their lesson after Bill Clinton's impeachment. They didn't want to loose control of the house or senate.

This is anonymous leaker bullshit. IC leaders are pushing back on these stories. Not to mention the anonymous leaks, books, etc. etc. Should have been done by the end of 2017.

First, some here predict a Trump defeat as a sure thing. Then they see a Trump victory as Bernie rises. Wouldn't it be funny if JB and Enly end up voting for Trump? Principles that change to suit current needs make that possible.

Personally, though, I wouldn't rule out a Bernie victory. The Dems did all the groundwork for him over the past 40 years.

I would rule out a Bernie victory, not gonna happen. No way, No How. That would be the end of USA as it was founded, should that happen, there will be much foolishness in the streets, not gonna happen. Yet
