The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The mobile design is not done yet but I hope to have it up next week.

For now check it out on desktop if you want to see it properly.

I had a lot of design input from my two kids, they're the ones who encouraged me to bring the domains to life.

nice site, though I would recommend to keep the landing page "to the point" and clean, presently it is cluttered. best wishes

Hey,

I just checked the website. It seems that on my laptop it is not scaling properly. I have a 14 inch screen with a 1920x1080 screen resolution and 150% size of text,apps,other items (both are recommended settings).

Please see attached screenshot.

Thanks,
Cristian

There is no landing page, it goes directly to the site but I did increase some of the spacing to make it look less cluttered. Let me know what you think.

@cipcip

How is it scaling now?
It should fit into your screen at this point.

Been doing some more work on the site, it's all a work in progress until it gets traffic but all the links are working now.

Moving forward I'm going to focus more on black and white graphics with a splash of color

Using wordpress? Most themes have responsive templates and mobile options without much effort, the sidebar kills it on mobile.

Might be better with static bootstrap template such as the free offerings on https://colorlib.com/wp/cat/bootstrap/

Wouldn't offer the ease of posting that WP has, but looks great on all devices with minimal overhead. I'd nail down the responsive side before you worry about the graphics

I'm using blogger because it's free and I don't have to worry about server load.

They have a responsive layout with the template, I shut it off because I have to add a menu for the pages part of the site. Once I add that the site will become mobile responsive by itself but I always wait to finish up my static pages before I do that so I don't have to do it twice.

When I activate the mobile part blogger is actually decent for responsiveness on small mobile screens.

I run two dozen similar websites and was always upgrading servers or wordpress, with blogger the sites update by themselves, I never get a bill, and I can control them all from one control panel.

Once you have all your blogger templates made it is easy to add them to a different site and I find they can run years without me ever having to touch them. My wordpress sites by comparisons are always being attacked, requiring updates or the hosting company contacts me telling me I need to buy more resources.

So my set it and forget it sites are all running on blogger.

Blogger, you can read about why in my post above.
Thanks for the info, is Blogger totally free or some catch in there ? I am asking because I also intend to develop some domains easily, ofcourse for free.

100% free and if you use google domains they attach your blog automatically, no fuss. Any other registrar you just add a cname.

That is if you want to use yourdomain.com instead of you.blogger.com

I'm getting some PM's asking me how I did things on blogger.

Yes my theme is customized and there are a number of customizations (actually quite a lot).

If you have any questions about any of them please do not PM me, post here and I will answer the questions for you so that I do not have to answer them over and over again.

Number one question...

How did I remove blogger branding?

Paste the following code into the Theme > Customize > Advanced > css

Code:
#Attribution1 {
display: none;
}

Good luck

Can you export your data anytime and have it hosted on stand alone server?

The import and export feature is built in with blogger, you can convert to wordpress anytime.

If I had a single massive site I would probably use wordpress and pay for server space etc but I have many sites and I can toss up a new blogger using my customized templates in minutes. If a site ever gets crazy busy the server speed is never an issue, it runs on google servers.

Here is a sweet thing I have done...

I have a BLANK template which has nothing on it, I can load a straight HTML website and host it on blogger at no cost. So basically totally free hosting and it works just like a regular website.

Hey MapleDots nice branded site, and I love the rainbow flag.

You have done a great attractive site using blogger.

I also like your username too (MapleDots)

Sorry @Matt Morgan I was away for 6 months so I could not answer here.

I hope the site gets traction one of these days, I'm trying to figure out how to get it picked up on social media.
I might have to hire a company for that.

I have decided to turn this website into an all inclusive social media platform using Mastodon as the base.

That is the same open source software that Gab uses except they have modified it.

I will initially open it as an interactive website to gauge interest in an all inclusive community where any gender, race, or sexual orientation is welcome.

I am looking for volunteers to help as moderators and software guys to help me launch via Mastedon.

If you want to volunteer go to:
https://www.priide.com/p/contact.html

The ultimate goal is to run it similar to the Gab setup but the exact opposite in meaning. Priide will be ALL INCLUSIVE with no hate or bullying of any type allowed. The main focus will be to accept human beings in all their variations.

Any help to spread this via twitter or facebook is also appreciated.
