I know a lot of us are reluctant to register a domain much over 10-12 letters, but there are times a domain name is used to get a message across. One of the very first domains I bought and still own today is "MakeSomethingHappen" in 2001, and it has "19" letters. I've never tried to sell it and plan on giving it away someday.

Moving on, I just hand reg'd the domain; "TrueWealthisWhatYouGiveAway" with 27 letters. I put it in quotes because it's not mine, rather it's my Pastor's who said it during his sermon on Sunday. And like I've told others, it's profound regardless if you're a Jew, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, LBGTQ, Black, White, Brown, Yellow etc.

Think of this like your "Reg of the Day"

What's your longest domain? Does it convey a message? How could it be used?

Not sure if this fits the theme of this thread, but I recently regged "Air Of Credibility" dot com. It's something that is talked a lot about on Domain Sherpa. In thinking of making it the home of my domain marketing or selling it... Not sure yet...

Actually it's not too long (just 16 letters), and i like it, but not as much as your Avitar, Winfluence. Do you own Winfluence...just curious?

No I don't own Winfluence dot com. I don't like my profile name here to be honest... It was from a lack of ideas. Random made up nonsense. I think it would make a catchy brand for a marketing company though. Why do you ask?

Like I said I'm just curious in that I recently created RushInfluence.com that has sort of a double meaning. One simulating Russian Influence, and the other "Rush Influence" for the influence Rush Limbaugh (radio talk show host) has had on the world.

Thanks and good luck!

I like this thread. I don't think it makes a huge difference how long the domain is because most of the time people are clicking through links or letting the search engine auto suggest as they're typing. Especially if the name accurately describes it.
