This is an industry monopoly. It is not appropriate to increase prices here because NPs is not the main place of sale. And, if the NPs sales price rises, then your acquisition costs here will also increase, which will not increase our revenue, because the buyers and sellers here are the same person.

I will sell you anything you like make a premium offer.

No two people are in the same circumstances. One may afford to hold for ages, the other maxed out his CC and renewals are coming. Or rent is due.

As far as pricing goes, it's not uncommon to price really stupid names for $1.42 Million or whatever, but they will not be sold.
