Censorship and manufactured consensus are very much on the rise. It is a death by a thousand cuts but it is happening and is not slowing. The internet is decentralizing in response as FB and YT self-destruct into aggregators of meaningless drivel -- and do so by design.

Yes. I don't need their service.

I block Facebook on my router, no family member has ever had a Facebook account. My browser blocks all social widgets etc.

I predicted this years ago when Facebook said they wanted to become the world's passports.

What bogs me is sites that only use Facebook to login. If Facebook ever blocks them the site is done.

I have about 6 facebook accounts
but I use any for personal affairs

so why don't you just DELETE your facebook account?
if you would be happy
if the blocked you?

That's one reason why I picked up .crypto domain... simply to play around with decentralized web. I'm looking forward to the future.
