question Why Namesilo has no bulk transfer out button? (One by one accept sucks.)

So I'm transferring a bunch of domains tonight out of @namesilo to @Epik.com

why @namesilo does not have a simple option to mass bulk force transfer out it's customers domains to another register via a simple (Select All) button and then accept Transfers all in one shot?

@GoDaddy has this option. Although to be fair it's a bit glitchy. sometimes one you do bulk accept transfer outs. and you check a week later. domains are still in there that you accepted transfer.

why do we have to one by one have to click a (checkbox) which sends you to a new page with just one button (Submit) then you have to go back and repeat.

to make things easier a bit I just right click the check box like 10-20 and then click the submit button in a row.

then refresh and repeat.

but still tedious and time consuming and all around annoying.

how hard would it be to set up a bulk accept transfer option? seriously?

Gonna be along night!

@Rob Monster knows my situation!

Most registrars will give you your auth codes in bulk upon request. NameSilo are classy guys. If you ask them, they should help you out so you don't have to waste your Friday night dealing with that nonsense. Some other NS clients might know the pro tip here.

I am also a fan of epic.

But IMO, namesilo is somewhat ok while comparing to Networksolutions where you have to waste atleast 5 minutes to transfer out each domain.

GoDaddy is like a gamble. Bulk transfer works like winning a lottery.

lol because I'm not a pro!

Being a pro makes one complacent which leads to mistakes.
being a perpetual novice keeps one on their toes.

thanks @Rob Monster I asked before and was told something I forget now but end result. here I am doing bulk transfer accept one by one.

back to work!

Thank God for Beer!

FYI, if you wait 5 days they auto-transfer. The only downside is that if they are expired domains your domains resolve to the expired DNS. The good news is that once transfers are started, they do show up even if the former registrar does not "ACK" the transfer. So there's hope in case you pass out or run out of beer. :)

hahaha. never passed out from piss water! Bacardi 151 once at a college party!

so yea that's Namesilo.

don't even get me started with @LCN I have domains there too transferring out to @epik

that one they don't give you an excel sheet with all your domains with auth codes.

@LCN you have to manually one by one request the auth codes via their website.

the process from soup to nuts takes like 3-4 clicks. after each click is the dreaded buffer of death!

and since the domains with auth codes list aren't available. when I ordered transfers to @epik I did not have my list like below.

domain.com authcode
domain2.com authcode

to submit in bulk.

So paid my order and now have to manually get the auth codes from lcn manually and one by one input on @epik

FML!

If your mouse has a middle mouse button or scroll wheel you can click it instead of the left mouse button to open a link in a new tab (at least in Firefox but I think it works in other browsers too). Ho though open up each domain in a new tab then use Ctrl + PgDown to cycle though each tab and click approve (again for firefox but any browser should have a hotkey to cycle tabs).

Namesilo gives bulk auth codes with simple click of domain export to CSV. Yes they do have option to approve one by one. But that is not a difficult thing, can't you open links in new tabs, on transfer approval page.

lol Thanks! but I'm on my third beer so you lost me bro! lol Thanks anyway. maybe next time.

besides I'm done now anyways.

next LCN and that's even more a hassle!

that's what you get when you think $6.49 is a "great deal" I guess.

Also, the LCN "process" is responsible for me losing a bunch of high value domains and now they are owned by other domainers and huge.>:(

yea CSV was never an issue. it's the bulk accept transfer or lack thereof that is.

it's alright. I'm done now. at least with Namesilo transfers. next is LCN. God help me!

Never used LCN so no idea what's that like but dosent sound fun. I'm glad I've decided early on to consolidate everything to Epik before I got a ton of domains.

I just did the approval thing for 93 NS domains transferred to Epik. Bulk EPP csv file is good but there is no bulk approval after transfer.

LCN will send you email that will take you to approve or reject page. This is one by one process. However they take full 5 days to release the domain name so don't expect that they will expedite the process like namesilo.com. LCN.com may not provide bulk auth codes.
