First step should be to ban this guy @barybadrinath who used some foul language. He should also be accounted for the language he used. This is extreme example of racism as well.
Everyone is free to say any thing but talking in this language shows the mental illness.
I warn everyone to be cautions if living near to this guy. His attitude shows that he can go to any extreme. Yes he said sorry as well, but he has made criminal act (imo) by using this language and the issue is that he used this language more than once even all other members were trying to calm him down.

Well, I woke up to a Wednesday poopstorm on NP. I will say this:

Emerging markets like Pakistan are tremendous opportunities for both entrepreneurs in those markets but also for people to transact with them. The digital asset market in Pakistan is active and growing fast.

The challenge in some emerging markets is that there is a convergence of lawlessness with occasional opportunity to be lawless. Where the courts of law fall short, the court of public opinion takes over.

Like it or not, NamePros when it comes to exposing nonsense and thuggery, NamePros is the public square. If someone is defamed here, they will have a challenge getting much done or influencing others.

My hope is that any malfeasance between domainers, whether from Pakistan or elsewhere, simply gets resolved professionally even if individuals chose not to love each other personally, at least for the moment.

Specific to @Furquah, as I have encouraged Epik staff to be ombudsman and to be authentic, I can see how his engagement occurred. I hope he will be a force for good, notably through private facilitation.

If there is a dispute that needs to be financially settled, Epik stands ready to assist. We see great promise in Pakistan, and hope to contribute positively to the market development there.

The OP chose to target Sharjil's ethinic origin and religious believes although none those things have any relevance to the dispute. Regarding the dispute itself, nobody here, including myself actually knows what the facts are or who is wrong and who is right.

Lets not completely ban OP, atleast for the time being. Maybe mods can restrict him because we need to know the whole story and what actually happened. Without knowing both sides of the coin it will be difficult to draw a conclusion.

The issue is with his language, how you can allow someone with that attitude. He needs to go to rehabilitation center or to some mental hospital first (or why not to the court of law for such language) before he should be allowed to comment for any thing.

He apologized to save face after he first showed his reality.. and after that he again did the same thing he apologized for..

But do not forget that he did not expect nor anyone here would expect someone contacting family and relatives out of business without consent. This is serious. Truth needs to come out. If OP is guilty,sue him. If the other party is guilty,sue him too.

Right, I am not adjudicating anything.

I am simply acknowledging the need for folks to clean their messes. If they don't clean their messes the public square is fair game for exposing foul play. However, best to get things resolved privately first before asking for the court of public opinion to engage the debate.

Specific to Dubai and UAE, where someone resides or claims to reside does not really matter too much. If someone comes from a place where is lawlessness and they bring that mindset to an international audience, that is not likely to work out too great for them.

Anyway, thanks to the local ombudsmen that get involved privately and help clean it up. It may seem like thankless work but it is appreciated.

Why is everybody calling on NP mods to delete the thread. They've seen it before and will see it again, it's merely the domain supply-chain. Last year's mysterious character was "Big Guy" now it's "Master" whilst it's all great comedy.

Wow, you really have so much hate inside you and deep inside you will be glad you got an opportunity to vent it out publicly. Adult internet users from both Indo Pak have matured over time and we see a lot less online fights compared to 2000's. Heck, both even appreciate eachother on numerous occasions. On the failure of India's moon landing, there was a lot of praise from Pakistani users for India for trying it out and that praise was well loved from Indian side as well. Maybe the current political situation in your country had something to do with all these hatred inside you but remember Hate cant be justified no matter what and it might be a mental disorder. Seriously, you need to consult a Doctor.

The authorities in some of these countries don’t take to kindly to their time being wasted by name calling, or why the person did not use the broker option of escrow, they usually take all parties outside, and beat them until somebody confesses to doing something wrong.

Most likely OP got stiffed on a big sale, and the promise commission never came after the sale, based on handshake agreement. The OP probably started pestering the seller, and then the seller used this broker to try, and hush him up.

Why don’t you name the person who stiffed you, talk about the domain, talk a lot facts, then you have something, this he said she said finger pointing won’t help you. you probably have hours before you are banned from namepros so next thing you say, at least try to make a good point of it while you can.
