Keep in mind that even though Epik is 24/7, the registries are not 24/7 -- especially when it comes to negotiating promotional deals which can days or weeks for gTLDs and for ccTLDs months.

Afilias renews it every 6 months, and this show is continiously going a few years in a row...
On Jul'1 it will be renewed up to Dec'31 as always...

In December I sent twice...
I have asked to synchronize my .PRO Transfer/Renewal price... to set the same value into Renewal column as it is set for Transfer - if possible.
And I didn't receive any reply, that's why last week I have asked Raj in LiveChat...

We've provided at cost transfer-in deal for you in order to move over your domain names. It's a bit harsh, business-wise, to do renewals at-cost as well.
I'm sorry, I thought I was clear on that in my previous responses.

We do renewals at cost for domainers too -- we just need to cover the payment processing fees. We do routinely offer below cost transfers, e.g. right now .com for $6.99 all-inclusive. That is entirely because we know that many people end up using our marketplace and escrow services and we end up with retail clients. Also many people who make sales at Epik end up using proceeds to funds registrations and transfers which is fine even at/below cost.

Incredibly smooth transaction through Epik Escrow. Very impressed. Ran into a couple hiccups regarding my selected payment method, but @Rob Monster was readily available to remedy any issues immediately.

I will happily continue using Epik Escrow from this point forward. A phenomenal choice for Namepros users.

Your account is already enabled for sending Masterbucks to other users. Did you check it? Just login at Masterbucks.com with your Epik login.

Quick update on Escrow for Brokers.

1. We are adding a dashboard just for Domain Brokers for brokers who want to track multiple broker transactions. It is currently in development for deployment this month.

2. Although we don't charge domainers for escrow fees, we can and will happily charge retail buyer. Brokers are eligible for revenue-sharing on escrow fees.

3. We plan to publish a quarterly top 10 list of most active brokers who clear through Epik. Their success is also our success and that is worth featuring.

We are also fine with "Broker Spread" deals where the buyer is secured at one price and the seller is secured at another price with the broker banking the spread.

Alternatively, the method which we recommend more highly is to secure leases from sellers and then trigger a purchase option for arbitrage. We can support that scenario for brokers and non-brokers.

Brokers can expect the same white glove full service as we give to domainers and retail buyers. Feedbackl is welcome on the broker program but you can assured that it is a serious initiative.

Totally agreed -- I get their emails all the time and I just ignore them too. The pain to gain ratio is consistantly uncompelling. I did meet with the DomainAgents CEO, Ryan McKegney, at NamesCon last week and think there is some scope for cooperation there. I will followup there.

DA can transact via other escrow services as well per your request... escrow.com - just their default option.

So DA should update their website accordingly. Not only sellers, but also educated buyers will now ignore them - based on the website content as to transaction processing... And unsuspicious buyers are basically paying domainagents $19.95 for nothing.

Alright this was My First time of Using Epik Escrow and I am really impressed....

I did a couple of deals on namepros here over the weekend and I opted to use Epik Escrow instead of PayPal. And it was worth it 100%.

• Fees were Low. I think around 1.5%
• Support was super fast.
• Then after transaction was closed and fund deposited to my Masterbuck.
• I decided to use TransferWise to send fund. To my surprise fund landed my local bank account within 10 minutes it was ordered.
• Now that is the fastest I've seen in the business as far as payment processing is concerned. I was really impressed, and couldn't have asked for more.
• Rob was helpful as always.

I'll sure do business again.
Lastly TransferWise works well for Nigeria (It's been a lot of hard knock with PayPal and TransferWise does it better @epik)

Just used Epik Escrow to sell the domain revitalizing.com to a buyer. The entire deal (including transfer between registrars) happened all within an hour.

That's by far the fastest Escrow / domain transfer / sale I've ever had!

We use Docusign now for digital contracts where people sign purchase and sale agreements that they draft. We route those for free but we are not providing legal advise. We provide templates that buyers and sellers are free to edit, and then we enforce their agreement. We do this without fee.

Looking ahead, we have a skunkworks project that is part of the Single Sign On identity platform that is rolling out across the Epik ecosystem. Right now, your login for Epik.com also works at Masterbucks, NameInvestors.com, etc. The project called SignDeck.com is designed but not coded.

It is a Blockchain-based digital signature tool where you get unlimited signatures for free with your one-time verified digital identity. It is a cool project led by a really talented engineer. It should be live in 2020, but is sequenced after the rollout of the new Single Sign on service.

If anyone is familiar with Keybase.IO, we think they have the right idea, but we are adding the overlay of secure SSO based on KeyCloak technology that provides the basis for self-sovereign permanent digital address. There are a few moving parts but I think it will be cool for identity, payments and signatures.
