For Dynadot lovers.. end user can not contact with you

If I'm not selling the domain at all (or not selling yet) - this can only be appreciated LOL. Less spam from logo designers and seo specialists. But, if it is for sale - not good, definitely...

Proper way to fix their bugs - LiveChat, it works almost always...

the domain is listed for sale.

I'm sorry to hear that, I'll ask our engineers to investigate that bug and have that resolved. We do also have the [email protected] address from which emails would be forwarded manually by our team, and when contacted by potential buyers our team would usually provide this address to ensure the email is delivered.

If the domain is listed on our marketplace or is using one of our 'For Sale' landing pages the potential buyer can also send a message which would arrive in your Dynadot account, and we'd send an email to your primary account email address to let you know the offer or message had been sent.

This is disturbing -- I tested with one of my privacy protected Dynadot domains and received a "550 recipient not recognized" error

i'm quite confused, if you guys want to sell your domain portfolio why you have to hide your email with whois privacy?

put a dedicated phone number and dedicated email address specifically for your domain business
only use your phone number for contacting your potential buyer, this would increase your trust in your potential buyer eyes.
