UPDATE 1: can also be The+Word.com if a) that word.com would easily sell for 6 figures; b) is relevant to high end living. Examples, like TheGarden, TheEden, TheHorizon, TheOcean, TheCoast, TheShore, TheHaven, ThePalms, TheSands etc.
I am looking into potential oceanfront development and need a great name for it.
Please don't PM before reading and understanding ALL of the requirements.

- A name that conveys luxurious living
- Shouldn't actually include the descriptive part, like "property', "condo" "home" etc. So, taking a famous example, "Hilton" is great, "HiltonHotels" - NO.
Some rough examples, Seaside, Oceanfront, Suncoast, Waterfront, Whitesands, Goldenbeach etc.
I still expect reseller pricing on those, maybe somewhat higher for the exceptional name.
Budget: up to $25K for a name that otherwise could sell in end-user market for six figures without "shooting to the moon".
