Yes, the price is too high. Most end-users are not aware of new extensions (gtld's) so they certainly wont be paying big $$ on them.

Your best bet would be to focus on .COM names if you want to sell domains.

I sold a gtld .casino this week for $$$$.
I tnink .tech is a great extension...not a .com for sure but still has lots of value...with the right start.

If you get lucky and sell 1 or 2, thats fine, but compare the sales compared to .COM or strong cctld's, its like .0.001%, not worth the risk, especially for someone new to the industry who probably hasnt sold any names yet

I mean the only site I can see using that phrase is is https://mindblowingtech.net/ ......instead of siottign and waiting for a buyer for an ame like this, try sell it to the .NET owner or you will probably have to be very patient.

My main focus is on emerging tech so its not like Im against the extension, its just the facts dont lie.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Ill try to contact the .net oner but nis website dosnt have any contact information. As veryssic told I have seen that new tlds are also sold at high rates on sedo. Thats why I registered this domain. Im very new in domain selling and haven't sold any domains yet. I think I have to follow new strategies to find buyers for rather than just listing it on marketplaces and waiting for somebody to buy it. Meanwhile what do you think about xtoys. info domain, is it reasonable to list it at a price of 1400usd. Thanks in your advices as they are incredibly valuable for me to make my 1st sale. Thanks a lot in any advice.
