It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it. B-)

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

Alexandria.pro

Anchorage.pro

Arlington.pro

Belfast.pro

Birmingham.pro

Budapest.pro

Durham.pro

Fairfax.pro

Italian.pro

Lisbon.pro

Fire away with your regs after the relaunch on September 8th, 2008.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Last few days I see on my UniMarket dashboard 1 BIN sale of $5,695 in the "Pending sales" box...
This box is not clickable... so I can't check any other details... even domain is not shown...

And the only 1 my .PRO domain is priced exactly for this amount - so I clearly understand which domain is "pending"...
What is your experience at Uni regarding those "pending" events?
What % of failed sales (false alarms)?

I'm asking because previously I had a few fake bidders on this domain when it was parked at Bodis/PC/Dan...
And because Uniregistry LiveChat agents also don't know anything... why it is displayed on my dashboard, who started it...

Have 1 .pro name that I really like:

Fandom

What do you think its worth?

Another one I have is homosexual.pro, which I am liquidating at bargain price of $88 if anyone is interested.

Fandom?
I'm not aware about this niche...
Probably, low $x,xxx to the right buyer.

Uni replied today:

...our system is marking unverified inquiries as pending sales. Basically, inquiries, where buyers haven't verified their email addresses and have not proceeded with the purchase of the domain, are being counted as pending sales in our Marketplace.

We have already sent feedback to our Market department to stop the system from marking those inquiries as 'pending sales'.

I also asked Uni to lower their .PRO fees...
They are really abnormal there...

Former ELB (Netissime/Magic.fr) domains regged in 2016 were autorenewed again by their buggy system... at their own cost...
And all original registrants remain in WHOIS as always (and probably - forever)... so you may contact them to get your AUTH codes and transfer-out...

Just 1 example of tons: FRISCO

I also have seen a few Pheenix domains with Expiration Dates of 2018 and 2019...
And they still exist... and even work with those EDs...
All is possible with Afilias... in brief.

Really strangely...

@Joe Styler
See above about Vanilla...
And is it so hard after ~16 years to add full support of .PRO on your Auctions platform?
Mission impossible or you just hate Afilias, or what???

Thanks, I had only 1 .PRO sale via Dan escrow...
No luck at their marketplace... were few inquiries - but nothing interesting for me.
Highest offer was at $1,2XX.

Dan ranks .PRO at the bottom of their search results... below absolutely ALL TLDs... strict last place.
I already sent my feedback to Dan LiveChat last week... You may send as well...

Ranking on @Sedo is also awful, it is almost impossible to see any .PRO there when searching just 1 word...
Looks like true and artificial discrimination.
