The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The majority of my sales come thru Afternic. About 50/50 Fast Transfer/Regular Inquiries. They probably constitute approx 80% of my annual sales. I don't list anywhere else apart from Afternic, and the overwhelming majority of my domains (including my afternic sales) are pointed to my own Domains-For-Sale website.

@stub you don't advertise any where else, even on name pros, does the traffic come naturally with no effort from you

I have tried and still believe a good sales letter and targeted traffic can sell domains and just about anything else. I have done it. It is a lot more work. I would like to learn more about how to sell domains on marketplaces such as Affernic, etc. Email strategies?

I don't do anything to try to increase traffic to my domains. It's only natural traffic. I don't advertise on NPs because I don't sell to other Domainers. Intentionally ;) I don't send traffic to Afternic, because I don't believe I should pay 20% commissions, on my traffic. That probably inhibits my sales on Afternic :( And. Why would I need a website, if I sent all my traffic to Afternic :)
