is parking dead?

how was your parking income lately?

" As a result of a series of innovations and continuous improvements, Team Internet has returned to growth in Q3 2019 and is expected to do so going forward."

( guess what that means.. )

· Team Internet ( Parking Crew ) generated US$66.7m of revenue (unaudited) and US$10.6m of Adjusted EBITDA (unaudited) in the 12 months to 30 June 2019

Team Internet is based in Munich, Germany.

Over the ten years since it launched, it has continuously developed its platform and delivered audited revenues of US$75.6m and Adjusted EBITDA of US$14.2m in the year ended 31 December 2018, and US$66.7m of revenue (unaudited) and US$10.6m of Adjusted EBITDA (unaudited) in the 12 months to 30 June 2019.

Team Internet experienced an increase in revenues in the year ended 31 December 2017 due to the collapse of a competitor.

Following a period of rationalisation and focus on retaining high quality customers, Team Internet’s revenues have reduced to levels that are stable and highly recurring in nature. From this revised base, Team Internet has returned to month on month revenue growth in Q3 2019.

Team Internet’s revenue is highly recurring with approximately 35,000 individual customers signed to rolling contracts to monetise a total of more than 20 million domain names using Team Internet’s proprietary technology for matching domain names with the highest paying advertisers. These contracts earn revenues for Team Internet on a monthly recurring basis with high levels of retention.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
The most interesting question:
how many millions they generated with their own ZeroClick/Tier2 network VS Google feed revenue.

it looks like parking at parking crew got a little better lately

of course, there is no relation in regards to the change of ownership
of course not.
how could it?
as that won't affect your parking income, of course

if parking was dead, then they couldn't have reported all those millions made.... off other peoples names.
so, somebody is getting paid.

but, if you feel they are not sharing or distributing it to their "customers" equally, based on each respective domain...then sometimes you gotta move them around.

I earned extra $$$ , just by doing that.

imo...

Parking is not dead.
But Google feed is semi-dead definitely.

And many adblockers nowadays.
This is one more reason why Google PPC model is not so effective like in the past.

Traditional increase before various holidays like Halloween, BF, CM, XMAS, NY etc.
Higher advertiser competition.
That's why.

this effects the CTR%
but not the EPC

Google Ads have not become cheaper lately

I compare RPM...

And very often ZeroClick RPM is higher than Google feed RPM.

the reason for that is maybe not google pays less
but because they auction the traffic
and advertiser are bidding for best traffic sources

Since Google moved from 1click to 2click model - I noticed the significant drop in revenue.
The best monetization years with Google are already in the past.

Nowadays Google feed is suitable only for low-traffic domains.

Because Google feeds have 2 middlemen between you and advertiser: google profit + parking platform profit.
ZeroClick has only 1 middleman.

Parking Crew does not offer ZeroClick if you previously chose/enabled Google ads like me. When I wanted ZeroClick in my PC account, they advised me creating a new PC account to enable ZeroClick. It's a ridiculous response. I don't bother with another PC account. This maybe a reason of why their profit is dropping. PC must offer ZeroClick and PPC and other possible options in 1 PC account.

No, It is prohibited by Google terms to mix monetization with other advertisers if Google agreement is already enabled/signed.

For single PC account - ZeroClick is possible only for those domains which are banned by Google.
The same at Bodis.

I use 2 separate accounts at PC/Bodis.

parking revenue at bodis.com is very good.
This income of 1 domain (.best) in 8 months

I see RPM under $5...
Nothing special in such RPM.

parking revenue at bodis.com with high RPM.
This income is 1 domain (.com) in 3 months

My CTR is less than 1% on all of my parked domains. I don't know how to optimize. Apparently auto optimization of PC does not work well for my domains.

My average CTR per portfolio is ~7% at PC.

You can increase it by setting another more targeted keywords.

Overall, CTR 10% is considered as good.
But too many adblockers nowadays... And this is another reason why ZeroClick performs better for high-traffic domains.

And if you get iFrame traffic - it can't be optimized, nothing helps to monetize it.
