Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I don't see any particular value in this domain. Here's the analysis.

1. First off, the .co tld drags the value down by a lot. As a .com it would have been a different thing.

2. Secondly, as a 2-word domain it needs to have (typically) a niche word (e.g bank) and a positive quality word (e.g. strong) in order to gain sales value. This only has 1 positive quality word (easy) and none of the niche words. Therefore it points nowhere.

3. It is also written as EZ (further value decrease) instead of the actual word.

4. The other quality word ("too") doesn't also mean anything. It is more often used a negative quality rather than positive quality one.

5. I can imagine no business truly using this domain. It's most for a hobbyist or the sorts.

The only quality it has that it sounds good, but that's it.

This being said, there are far more cons than pros. Hence my opinion above. It can sell at an auction but don't expect too much.
