The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. Sedo brought home the bacon this week, topping our latest weekly all extension Top 20 Sales Chart with a $70,000 sale. They went on to claim eight entries overall and accounted for all four of the ccTLDs that made the elite list. They also had the highest non .com gTLD sale. Uniregistry had a big week too, piling up 10 spots on the Big Board with all but one of those being .coms (the loan exception was a five-figure new gTLD sale). You can get all of the details here: https://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2019/20191218.htm

Also today we released our latest cover story – the first video cover story in our 16-year history. It’s all about a new company that record setting domain broker Jeff Gabriel and his new partner Amanda Waltz launched today on Saw.com. We flew to New England to sit down with the co-founders for an exclusive interview you won’t want to miss: https://www.dnjournal.com/cover/2019/december.htm

I had not heard of saw.com prior to this, but had a quick look at their website. The people involved say they have sold $400 million in domain names which is pretty impressive!

Thanks for another weekly report @Ron Jackson and kudos for starting a new element with the video cover story. Thanks again.

I don’t know if Jeff was with sedo prior to joining Uni for 7 years, I can’t remember.

I remember he hounded me for a domain for 2 weeks, and at the end he says your really lucky, he was a good salesman, everytime I saw his name on the inquiry I knew it was a big fish.

Uniregistry lost a really good sales manager, yet another independent broker competing for domains sales, he has a lot of good contacts in the space.

saw.com is a great name, I would have sold it, and maybe tried to buy into something sales friendly.
