CareTreat is not a exactly a “keyword”

Treatment IS

Your name +caretreat in honesty with respect, isn’t exactly proper word play.

Your name +care ( yes try ask for $3.5k) or within
Your name +treatment (yes ask for $3.5k)or withIn

It is, with out a doubt. A complex niche to venture into imo.
There is going to be such a huge surge of New Information this new year. Those invested properly, id imagine more inquires for everyone holding usable and relevant names.

So, I'm going to share yet another reply from the dude who wanted PsilohuascaRetreat.com . I awoke to this AM. Copied verbatim right from my mail.

I have yet to reply to him as I really dont see the point in it after reading his email ?
I'm sharing this because I just want to help out anyone else maybe receiving emails like this, specifically relating to Psychedelic domains.
By help I mean by sharing. Im not joe pro domain guy , nor have I ever claimed to be. I do understand the upmost importance to ALL things Psychedelic as they have changed my life over 25yrs ago and continue to on a daily basis. They will change Medicine as we know it, but in due time.
That being said....
I have mentioned before , this is a growing trend on my end. I own handful of very important EMD in regards to the Psychedelic Industry , and I have received a handful of inquires on these EMD names.
ALL inquiries made were by highly respected individuals inside the Psychedelic Community as I have all ready mentioned in past posts.

I think some things are more important than money.

Not saying this is one of them. Unknowing the full story / details.

Options that come to mind:

(a) Give him the domain for whatever price he feels is fair, even if that means $0.

(b) Reach out to others in the space, and make your judgement on who you feel would make the best use of the domain.

(c) Barter for services. eg. trade the domain for a raincheck visit of his retreat. Sometimes forgoing profit in exchange for a human connection is far more valuable in the long run than short term profits.

(d) renew and hold

(e) or depending on how many years go by... drop and delete

I have given a domain away for free to someone who mistakenly didn't renew it. I was able to see that he was the previous owner and gave it back. He was using the domain when it was dropped for an online magazine.

You paid what $8 for that domain?

I assume you've bought a friend a $8 meal before.

So what's gifting a domain? An $8 loss + your time + any hopes you had for that domain.

Except, rather than letting the domain drop, or having to spend another $8 the following year on renewals, the domain finds a home.

And for this particular domain, it appears you're the first to register it. Not that that's a terrible thing, as somebody has to be first, especially for emerging or future trends. However, as your prospective buyers response indicated, there aren't many people doing those retreats yet, so you might be renewing for quite some time if you don't have another successful outbound.

Not sure if you actually appreciate the kind of work this guy does, but I find it quite admirable. And some times when you appreciate somebody, you step down from the domainer high horse, put on civilian clothing, and reason with another, human to human. I mean, if you really understood psychedelics, this wouldn't be such a hard concept to grasp.

Additionally, I think you messed up not acquiring the .org prior to doing outbound. Not just saying this because of hindsight, but because I think .org is better fitting for this niche.

Ok .............. thank u for your input, what u said kind of deflates investing in Domains. But that might just be my own wrong doing and understanding.
What investments have u given away for free.
And i find it interesting that you put in that im the 1st register to this name.
Again., Thank u for your time but i really find it confusing in a way. Please feel free to share a story related to this from your own experience .
