Simply because EstiBot considers win, lottery and win lottery as keywords that could be worth up to X.

I must agree with @barman on this one... It must be understood that this is an automated appraisal made in a few seconds by an algorithm-based bot. WinLottery.org makes no sense to me considering that the TLD is originally intended for use by non-profit organizations.

Non-profit organization = not money hungry
Winning the lottery = money everywhere

Majority of the end users, i.e the visitors are unaware about the purpose of TLDs, the keywords matter the most.

Try to get contact details from G o o g l e etc of as many Lottery site owners and try to sell it to them.
Even try to find lotteries that are offline, contact them also.
