Hi,

In general, most of the people doing domain trading. There are lot of sites which is blocked by government and some sites are spam and some may have legal issues.

Issues like trademark or any kind, when we received that domain, will we have to face the problem.

How to avoid these kind of issues or to find whether the buying domain will have any problem.

It is a great question. The logic for @bhartzer and I working on DNProtect and introducing risk scoring based on a DNP score is essentially what you have raised here.
