1. This absolutely appalling highway shootout yesterday encapsulates the under-trained, military-cosplaying, Punisher-wannabe cops who permeate America's police departments. They killed both the hostage and a bystander, then bragged "no LEOs were harmed."

TL;DR

Police killed a innocent UPS driver and by stander. Used occupied vehicles as shields. The thieves hurt no-one, the vehicle and stolen property were insured.

Every police officer who fired their gun should be suspended, the officers responsible for stopping a vehicle on a freeway and engaging in a shoot out should be fired. Their supervisors should be fired or demoted.

The entire police force should be forced to take retake training.
