You might also try to find, as close as possible, comparable ( comp ) sales of similar domain names to your domain name at NameBio.com.

Everybody says "they have good keyword domain names", however all comes down whether there are endusers for those "good domain names" or not..

Try to learn about domain names by reading namepros for general advice, namebio for recent domain name sales, and dnjournal for whats good in the industry.

Hope you'll be able to sell some, soon!

Be sure to price around on keyword and extension sales history as well as marketplaces as you might find one with higher advertised prices for certain keywords and might maximise better if make sale there. If only got a couple of names to sell have more time to get to specifics than rest of us.

The best way to do this is looking at the following data:
  • Previous comparable sales - NameBio
  • Popularity of term or words - Google
  • Feedback from experienced fellow domainers.

you can open namebio and search for this 2 words
Example: Domain is name pros in search of namebio add name and hit enter search for all name and take average price same thing for second word if name +word =sold for 3k and word+pros sold for 10k then add final price of you 2 words between 1k to 3k take less price or add it for make offer if domain is good you will recive offers from buyers i don't like GD appraisal this is tool man someone like me and you design it i don't believe in this anyway if i have a good 2 words have high search volume and GD appraisal says is for 500$ and i don't like this price I think he have much more of that if you take this domain for 5 or 10 years and get back to GD appraisal he will make it for 10 or 15k
finally, if you have a good 2 words search on namebio is an easy way to make a comparison
good luck for you
