I think all these type of banks will become known in time as "digital banks"

I mean you have these phrases,
Neo, Beta, NonBanks, New Banks, Blockchain, Defi, Mobile, Digital, Online, Crypto, challenger etc etc

Even centralized banks are "online" nowadays... Not a term to differentiate the evolution of banking imo

I think most of the bank are online.More customer friendly in the future.

Banks are evolving with the emerging technologies. Fund industry started to use block chain technology already. Block Chain will play a major part for inter bank transactions.
Eventually, Crypto Currencies will play a major role in the future though not immediate with more acceptance in the industry & risk factor clearly understood.

Banks have learnt that those who do not evolve with emerging technologies will perish.

To answer to the thread - Future is 100% digital. Digital Bots (not Robots) will answer your needs and process transactions. Humans will run the bots (we are already doing it...it's not new).

I think virtual banking and open banking will be the future because they allow people to manage money more easily and cheaply.

I think the future of banking will keep evolving and many people will get bank accounts. Believe it not, there are many people who doesnt use bank accounts in certain parts of the world.
