I owned those vacation names years ago as well as Vacation.ae, Sport.ae, Flights.ae, Tours.ae, Racing.ae, Health.ae and a bunch of others. I approached a lot of end users and had no luck. .ae names are notoriously hard to sell, I'd stay away from them. I had between 5 and 10 .ae sales which certainly paid for all my names but its not easy. Sold Golf.ae for 4K recently.

My advice is stay away from them, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and UAE names in general, its not worth all the hard work and you have to have to have domain selling experience to make these sales. They were hard to sell even when Dubai was in its major boom period.

Be very careful with names like this, have a look how many megaprojects were going on when the UAE was booming and people still wasted money on these names. The same with Saudi Arabia and other megaprojects in that region.

They get 1 domain for their website and they use that, they dont need all the other names like NEOMHotels.com, NEOMHoliday.com, NEOMCafes.com etc...They have NEOM.com and will just use that.

may the gov or the landlord of neom can use NeoM.com for everything, but can we expect there still have lots of SMB try to develop some business there...thus still need lots of name around that city's different business?

It was tried so many times with all the megaprojects in that region, have the read though the Al Reem Island thread, there are about 50 different megaprojects and the domains just didint sell. Nothing will change with this project. Its been tried for years with no success.
