I have a mixholdings.com domain name
why it's premium ?
Because it's a name of $1 billion revenues company per year . They don't have a website yet
They are in us from 2000 .

I need a broker help me to sell them the domain

I doubt you'll find a broker willing to flip that name. A real broker that is.

I wouldn't. Park it, set a BIN and forget about it. Huge TM issue with this name.

Thats domain a problem for you.

Mix Holdings registered in 2000, but its (maybe) a trademark in US. Even if you register domain for sell it, probably, trademark right holder will try to back domain with UDRP

@NameDeck & @Makise I just want to tell you something. That i seared on us government trademarks database and the whole website of trademarks and there's no trademark called mix holdings. That's mean they are just a company but they don't register their trademark in usa
So , now what will happen ??

You don't need to register a TM to obtain one. Short story, as soon as you start trading under a certain brand you obtain trademark rights in your category. Registering it is just an extra level of brand protection.

It's way more complicated than this but it kinda covers your case.
