I need your professional opinion about my project DubaiVacations.ae

I have this project from 5 years. I want to sell it. I honestly don't know how much it can be sold.

For Dubai, the extension .ae is more important than .com This is why Dubai does not own Dubai.com and they are not interested. Now that you know this, If you were in my shoes, how much would you value this project?

At the moment it does not leave income because I only upload videos to make it viral and the followers increase. My interest has always been to work with the hotels and that they pay me for advertising or booking but I have not achieved that link.
