discuss Domain you want to hold for up to 10 years

Hi friends.

Many of us have many domains. But some of them we can sell within one or two years even in a cheaper rate. Many domains we just leave to be sold or gone without renewal.

But do we have some domains (hand registered or purchased) that are worth to behold for even a decade with a good number of renewal?

Share your potential dream domains for that you are damn confident to get the opportunity of the lifetime within a decade(or even two).

I have some domains those i will renew for at least ten years.

One is only defi with Spanish country TLD. Other aviation-related mena domain (MENA=Middle East North Africa) & air taxi niche.

I am most ambitious about mena airlines domain because you know mena is the new term of the middle east that extends to north african Arab nations. And they are not only oil rich, but also the world's biggest aviation hubs(ex Dubai ,Doha).

Defi is a short domain .But i hope Spanish people also use defi as decentralized finance.

Every name as they are required to be renewed if they are under registration value then they could be culled. but I am likely to have nearly every name renewed that holding. I have domains that will sell fast if I wholesaled.

MENA will probably flourish from foreign direct investment in energy and agriculture. The water source for farming being the nile as one, and the latest project discussions in solar/wind turbines for the landscape, would power europe and help africa. Who knows, but I like your thinking in air travel.

I'm looking at the world from a financial planning perspective and see a majority of people over the next 10-20 years will head into retirement. So fiscal incentives to save more are present. Government will need to ease future pressure on the tax base. This is why I see an income stream from personal Superannuation accounts replacing welfare throughout retirement. Government increasing tax advantages for early concessional and non-concessional contributions, and % increase for employer mandatory contributions deducted from salary.

So I can see by 2030-35 Superannuation Funds becoming a large national pool of retirement funds for each country. I can also see fund managers mandated by government legislation to invest in an appropriate manner on behalf of the fund holders (you and me) being a continuing trend

Previous comment was me thinking aloud. However...
- India government recently announced that they have no intention of decreasing the age for retirement, and thus access to superannuation
- Australia Superannuation will grow from 3 trillion to 10 trillion by 2030/35
- USA is focusing on building the countries retirement funds.
- Australia mandatory contributions move from 9.5% -> 12% soon. We have 4th largest pool of retirement funds using the Superannuation System.

It's the start of self funded retirement. All decent superannuation domains are like 10 year holds. I want the Superannuation.com because it will be a highly searched word in the future.

I have roughly 1,500 names (~99% are .com)

If I was forced to pick names to register for 10 years I would probably pick about 20-30 names and the remaining I would decide on an annual basis...
