Just sold BitcoinCenter.com for $74,000 over installments @Dan
I know we "thank" people for sharing sales (and any relevant sales-info), but seriously thank you..

It is very helpful & healthy for the market, as it's actually tangible to realize & justify solid pricing for solid names.

Noticed that, but I did see it listed on "Just Sold " Home page section at Dan, it was at the bottom, no longer there as only the 5 most recent show and new sales knock the last one off.

You can still go to DAN explorer and write the domain on their WHOIS 2.0 and it'll show you that it was sold.

The way it was setup was a down payment + installments. The buyer has completed the down payment but in order to accommodate our terms DAN had to split in two transactions, that's why you still see it as for sale with an installment option.

Which other marketplace offer you this kind of flexibility? 🤔

Epik has the same or similar... They allow the buyer to use the domain while they pay for it by giving them dns access to the domain while it remains in your account... I believe you can set an interest rate as well, if you desire ...

Epik allows a downpayment amount with different (if wanted) monthly financing option.

Congratulations! That's a great sale.

They just probably haven't changed their nameservers. That's common. Even when I purchased a domain for mid 5 figures a few years back, I didn't change the 'for sale' page. I was suddenly busy with life and couldn't quickly get to the project.

I am normally not a big fan of hand registering domains, but I just registered,
BlockchainSupremacy.com
Real nice catch. Blockchain supremacy is a real thing.

I got excited while doing research (new to domaining) and grabbed..

c.r.y.p.t.o.l.e.n.s.e (.com)
c.r.y.p.t.o.c.l.i.p.s.e (.com)

Not sure how I feel now that the adrenaline has worn off and I see how saturated the market is, but hopefully my initial pull to these two ends up serving me well!

a good thing to do when you come across names is to keep a record of them and wait until the next day and see how you feel about them then. what you are experiencing is called buyers remorse. we all have it. also, if you do have second thoughts about a purchase, depending on the registry you can call them and cancel your domain for a full or partial refund.usually between 3-5 days after purchase.

Thank you, that's really great advice!

I don't have buyers remorse per se. More than anything, I think I'm finding the lack of familiarity that comes with entering a new space as a beginner to be pretty disconcerting.Trying to find balance between acknowledging my lack of experience and trusting my instincts.
