I need to get in contact with domain owner and checked who.is, but...

This is very surprising, but who.is info does not reveal any contact email from owners of domain.

Here is what you see. Blank info. I tried many browsers.

What to do about it?

And ICANN lookup says this:

Domain Status:
clientDeleteProhibited
clientTransferProhibited
clientUpdateProhibited

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I am guessing even if you had their contact you would be wasting their time that is why they set privacy. If you reveal the name you have perhaps a broker will pick up on it that will do a whois history report at your cost and contact them on your behalf after you have invested.

There is usually an anonymous email on the admin contact area. What registrar is it at? If you can find the anonymous email you can email that. Have you looked for it on google to see a landing page ? I would try everything else before a broker unless this is some super premium kind of name.

Bad guess. I would not be wasting my time, I would be offering them good money for niche domain they haven't used in 5 years. So stop with the projection.

Already contacted the name server, but not sure if they got in touch with person.

I tried all that, there is no email. Registrar LCN.

"Good money" is a very relative thing.

Don't get too excited. There are people who "haven't used" their domains for 20+ years, but no chance anyone getting these domains without paying millions. You came to a domaining forum, tons of people here "haven't used" thousands of their domains, but it does not make things any easier to those who would like to have these domains.

You can contact lcn support on how to inquire on the domain. They should be able to forward your wish to speak to owner. Does it not have a landing page? If so might not be for sale. The blocked out info is thanks to GDPR compliance.

Maybe the owner doesn't want to be contacted.

Do a whois history lookup via https://www.whoxy.com/, if privacy wasn't used you might find some contact info from 1-2 years ago.

Send it to the privacy email if there is one showing. Sometimes registrant has mailbox set up or for whatever reason the registrar will inform them that email was received - even if it goes into spam box.

Do deep research across multiple search engines to see if any names or emails are associated with the domain.

No email showing on who.is...which domain search engines would you suggest using?

If you really want the domain ... all of them. Scour the internets.

You are probably not going to find a decent broker with a pricetag under $10K. You might try GoDaddy's service at about $70 a good place to start.

Feel free to PM me .. can't promise anything, but I have a DIQ account and can see if maybe there's a valid email/contact within the last 10 years or so.

I actually said their time and plenty of first posts here like this turns out trade marks etc. No domain mentioned so can only expect it. It is a good trait to be sceptical on here.
