Interesting variation on Black Friday promotion. I'm nowhere near a big enough spender to qualify, but like idea of promotion/contest. I especially like the regional aspect of the awards.

One thing that might want to be clarified is whether the $5k spending can include spending from proceeds already at Epik (say from domain sales there) or if it has to be new money into Epik. I know Escrow transactions are not allowed, but if someone sold domains and have $5k sitting there in their account and spend it during the period, do they qualify?

Thanks for a great .com transfer deal during the period so there is something for almost everyone. Although personally I have very few transferable .com not already at Epik due to previous great transfer promotions.

Yes absolutely. Proceeds from sales at Epik if used for transfers / new registrations or any other service of Epik will be counted in spending !

Just transfer 7 domains to epik.

I was going to kill 2 birds with 1 stone -- was thinking of transferring a bunch of names to Epik to try them out. I thought maybe transfer about 500 names at the $6.99 special for a spend of $3,500, and might be able to get one of the prizes.

But then I noticed the minimum spend for Prize #2 is $5,000. So I don't have a chance unless I transfer more names...

Out of curiosity, any guesses at a ballpark figure for the top prize (in the Americas) $10K, 15K, $20K, More??? I'm really just curious at this point...

How about sharing the daily winners so far...maybe just post the name that was transferred or registered (in the event the person is not a namepros member). I've got to assume one of my regs or transfers has not been picked yet since I have not received a notice.
