As far as price, we know he paid more than the $300,000 minimum offer. The article stated:

Didn't he start out on broadcast.com, to this day he knows yahoo totally overpaid him for that deal, what a bust for yahoo, but it allowed him to become what he has. I believe it was $5.7 something billion, and yahoo eventually shut it all down. Cuban is said to be worth about $3B, so what does $100k really matter this way, or that.

At this point from the newswire he has received more than $500k worth of free pr, I think he had political aspirations at one point, so great domain to get some buzz if he ever decides to campaign.

It’s a great time to sell political domains, don’t hold onto to them, this is the election to do it, the spend is going to go thru the roof.
