The leaders of a guerrilla anti-Brexit protest group have offered to sell Nigel Farage the website “thebrexitparty.com” – as long as he is willing to part with more than a million pounds.

Now, the Brexit Party is calling on the group to remove the party’s logo from the website and de-activate thebrexitparty.com altogether, saying the website was created in “bad faith” to be used against the interests of the party, and has demanded that ...

Guess he'll have to start a UDRP, and have to proof a.o. bad faith. And he has to use something that is similar to a name he is using himelf. ("thebrexitparty").
But first he has to proof 2 things :
Does his (N.F.) party is called that way "theBrexitparty ?" ? I thought his party is called UKIP and not "thebrexitparty." (or did that name change into Brexitparty over the years from this ridiculous circus we look at from Europe?).
And there are different parties in the UK with people in it who are pro-Brexit. It's not the program of 1 party. as far as I know, but from several members of several parties.
Filing a UDRP costs 1500 Euros as far as I know.

The Logo is something they will have to do away if they use that logo on the website. That's quite obvious, if his party has trademark on his logo.

They really are a sad bunch that 'Led by Idiots' lot. I hope they get sued :pompous:.

BrexitParty.com was available from huge domains for $650 USD. They didn't want that and they don't want "the brexit party.com" either, otherwise they would have bought it to begin with.

EDIT: They bought brexitparty.com on my instruction. Yipppeeeeee

He left UKIP due to unsavoury characters and started The Brexit Party on thebrexitparty.org.

Yes you are correct. And it's these saddos from Led By Idiots that are whipping people up into a frenzy with stupid 'viral' websites, billboards and tweets. They don't stand for anything other than Brexit = bad. They fail to realise that 70% of nearly every single constituency in England and Wales voted FOR Brexit so this exercise is purely online to a minority of people.

Brexit first occurred: June 23, 2016.

Feels like just yesterday, Britain voted to leave.
