Hell guys
A Domain Marketplace broker sent me a reasonable offer for one of my domain names.
The issue is that the domain is published at BB, so I can't remove it from there before 30 days.
Any advice with thanks.

Why can’t they go buy it at the marketplace BB or Sedo? Is it the same name as in the other thread? Why aren’t they willing to pay the BIN? As before, you have to give the 30 day notice or ask them to buy it on the marketplace.

Have you talked to BB about it? They are technically representing your name while its still listed there.

The broker should know better as I am sure they know where it’s pointing.

The offer is below BB listing price, but it is reasonable for me.
Considering that there is %20 fee for a broker.

The brokerage fee is not your concern its the buyers. You can do what you like but the best option is to speak to BB about it. If you sell on your own before the 30 day notice you will lose your account with BB. Your choice.

I did, and I have offered to pay them %15 of listing price instead of %30.

What was the outcome of this? What did BB say back to your proposal ?

What I mean is - if it were my domain I’d care more about selling it at what it’s worth than getting listed in any exclusive marketplace which I’d never put any domain of mine in any exclusive marketplace to begin with. They all just lock you in such that it becomes impossible to determine if you’ve done the right thing because once you’re in you’re stuck and have no way to compare exposure and marketing elsewhere.

Maybe if I had crappy domains I knew wouldn’t sell elsewhere I might put them in an exclusive marketplace but not otherwise.

It is not possible. The offer through Godaddy, so there is No direct contact between me and the potential buyer.

Sale must be only via GD or only via BB?

Send +30% counter offer to GD broker, if they will agree, sell.
After, you will send this 30% "commissions" to BB and save your account.

I see this all the time list domains everywhere. Think about it and put buy now vs make offer so this doesn't happen.

Adding +%30 not working, the potential buyer sent me his final offer

Are make offers not allowed on BB, perhaps through the contact form? That's if you don't mind paying their commission fee at the offer price
