Which Afternic payout is best for non-US / non-EU domainers?

Last year I signed up for Transferwise and have several currency accounts including US$. Currently my Afternic payment option is bank wire to my New Zealand bank but I'd like to change it to Transferwise (US$ account). Is it possible? When I tried to edit the bank information, the country field is fixed to New Zealand and cannot be changed.

Also, since the Transferwise US$ info is different from NZ bank account info, what do you enter in the following fields?

• Bank Code
• Branch Code
• Account Number

That means US$ account cannot be used. Also, found the following point: "You can only receive payments that are made in the same currency as your balance. So, if you want to be paid in AUD, give the person paying you your AUD bank details.
