I thought it would be cool to start a thread of "If You're Ever In...".

I'll start.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting a domain investor I have a lot of respect for. We had coffee, talked domains and it was great. I never even knew we were in the same area.

If you're ever in the Los Angeles area and want to talk domains over a coffee or whatever, send me a pm.

If in Seattle, look me up. I am on the Seattle Eastside in ai lovely town called Sammamish about 30 minutes from Sea-Tac airport. Summer time is the best time to visit. We grow a lot of blueberries. :)

Paradise- don't tell anyone! They'll bring their coffee cups and chip bags and cell phones and selfies and generally just screw the entire place up.

But you can tell me- promise I'll hold it sacred!! and maybe look for a related domain name or two to put in my back pocket..

Ok, for reals, I don't expect anyone to reveal their paradise. But if you're ever in The Hammer, give me a DM- there's some great, uncrowded spots to grab some authentic grub and a thick lager.

No matter what, FUN and is always good, especially in this somewhat serious world, stressful for many.

Thanks for your kind words. That one word probably best describes me and if my chips were down I'd still put ketchup on them.

Enjoy your day.

If you're ever in

Atlanta, Charlotte or Virginia Beach as I travel between them all...give me some lead time and maybe a meet up could be arranged. Food is one of my favorite things so a seafood, original burger or soul food restaurant would be a common goal (no chains for me...unless it is in-n-out...great local dives are ideal).

Yes Indeed I too felt the same way @Mister Funsky Must be a Pro in those areas with foods as you even avoid chains which helps to taste the locals food shops in those areas.

Believe me I do not know about US but in Southern India where I Live the local food shops are Awesome and have great taste and lots of variety which the Franchise do not.I hope the same can be said to US too or perhaps any Country.

I recently did some consulting work for a lovely elderly Indian gentleman that was looking to expand his business here in America.

After our consulting session had concluded, he offered to buy me lunch at a local restaurant that I had passed hundreds of times in the last couple of years. He said it was authentic Indian cuisine and he thought I might enjoy it.

Immediately the fragrance as we entered let me know I was in for a treat...it (for lunch) was buffet style and we arrived about 11:30 am...I ate steadily until well after 1:00...he was amazed at how many trips I made to the buffet and laughed at every reaction I had to the different foods and spices that, to that point, I had never eaten properly prepared. It is now in my top 5 restaurants in the city (there are thousands of places to eat in a 15 mile radius)!

Inglewood CA, so not very far from you, @Silentptnr. Seems like everything is far (physically) due to the pandemic. Would be open for a videoconference or something along those lines maybe. Discord seems to be the destination for more than just the gaming community. Is there a NamePros channel there?
