I need to transfer a .co domain, any economic site?

I use it for decade.
mid X,XXX domains regged/transferred.

Except the so-called "premiums"...
If certain .co domain is marked by Registry as premium - it can't be transferred to 1and1, they don't support any premiums in any TLD.

Just tmissed this one. Any other transfer codes for .co ?

tried 1and1,just after payment confirmed,received a message payment rejected.
send a email to support,replied they do not serve my country,this is why i cannot find China when register.
anyone has other .co transfer discount info that can share with me?
