Anyone submitting their domains to Sedo's iGaming auction?

They rejected my PureGames / com. Can't say I'm surprised. Years ago when they had a dedicated co.uk auction they rejected Friendly/co/uk and SMC/co/uk.

Interested to hear from others what has and hasn't been accepted. Are you as surprised as me?

maybe domains were rejected due to a "denglish" annoncement

the german Word " Spielen" maybe refer to 2 different categories:

"Spiel" ( game )

and

"Wetten" ( gambling )

Oh well, judging by the rejections probably wouldn't have made the auction anyway.

I got BettingGame dot com accepted. CrowdBets dot com was rejected. I kinda doubt these auctions attract serious enough bidders that'll make participating worth it, but I guess I'll know next month.

You have to add your domain to sedo in general to auction/sell. Then you will see it in your domains list. Check this domain and you'll see a pull down menu of what auction you would like to apply your domain to. I hope that helps. (I'm just answering off the top of my head and from memory, so it might not be EXACTLY accurate, but very close if not.)

Nothing to write about, there were no major sales. And @Sedo should not allow $111 bids on a domain with $1million reserve, what's the point?

I have also said for years, $1,000 to $4,999 is a stupid range, now I had PokerNights.com at $2,500 reserve hit $2,000 bid but reserve showed $1,000 - $4,999 you know bidders think it's at the high end, I mean I might want a name for $2,500 but not $5,000. So I might not bid higher.

I'm not sure if it will ever be posted as it was a major flop. The vast majority didn't get any bids at all. Most people who had submissions rejected were surprised at the ones that actually made the auction. Maybe it's time for Sedo to listen. It seems everyone except Sedo knew the majority of names accepted were not good enough for the actual title of the auction. But unfortunately I don't think anything will ever change.

Like Laguna said it was mostly a major flop. Sedo have no clue what they're doing anymore.
