Uniregistry Market and Brokerage

Hello,

Basically, They will take care of contacting your lead (by email, phone..), negociate a price, and if your asking price is met, they will take care of the transaction (for a commission).

you can enable your account so that you are the initial broker for all inquiries.

but their brokers will and have also tried to re-engage past inquiries, where no deal took place

so, that part works in your favor.

I also see there are no ways we can opt out the participation of a broker via our client area.

having somebody to follow-up on old leads for you, would seem like a benefit
and though I handle my own inquiries, I don't have an issue with them following up, after some time has passed.

still, maybe this will work for you

you can go to > settings > sales settings > owner, then name "yourself" in the drop down box > then check the box below in 'assign leads" and save.

then go to "auto assignment" and click "old lead management" and change to "disable" and save
