Is there a way to contact Paypal without calling them, and without login?
It looks like there is no such way.
I can't login. There is no error. And actually I was able to login at another browser, maybe can't repeat it.
.....
When I try to login, it feels like cookies are not read. This kind of thing happens when cookies are blocked, but here, no I'm just blocking 3rd party cookies which is the default. I'm back at the login screen after sending user and pw.
......
This happened just after I checked fast login option. Instead of fast login, I have no login.
.......
I think they have a complicated but not a consistent system, maybe based on AI, and guesses whether everything is ok, and if it suspects this is not the case, then just blocks access instead of giving error.
This might also be the browser's fault: redirecting to the wrong address after making its stupid guesses.
.....
In the past there were similar problems (happens once every a few years), and I had to contact them by email or chat to fix problem, and sometimes problem is fixed by itself, or via a trick (like visiting a suburl and logging in from there).
I like using Paypal, but I wouldn't keep too much money there, because they are not predictable, and can block access and embezzle money. Then what can you do: nothing.

Who is the owner of Captcha: Everyone is forced to use it. And it doesn't work on Firefox. I find all fire hydrants, but can't send this info on Firefox. The button there is not clickable, not responding.
