advice Do we need to put a minimum price on our landing pages?

What are the disadvantages and advantages?
Example: We want to sell a domain $3000, if we put min.offer $500, then a potential buyer will think that a domain costs $500 and will insist on it and will not want to pay 3000.
If we put a high minimum price, this may scare a potential buyer. And if we do not set a minimum price tag, then "buyers" will start spamming with low offers.

In my opinion, it depends the domain you have and the buyer. For those who want your name, they will negotiate a higher price than $500.I have set for all my names minimum offer $500, but i am now considering to increase it to $1000.

My min offer was $100, but after several offers of $101, $103, $150 and $250 in a week time with no response to my counter offer I increased it to $500, maybe I will change it again to $1000...

You can change the min offer at dan.com at the account settings

On my custom landers I've set an option to BIN, but also include additional info:
- reinforcing BIN as "asking price" and
- providing a direct contact method should buyer prefer to negotiate or other inquiry

Advantages are it provides the buyer an avenue to buy right away, safely (Escrow button). It saves me a ton of low ball emails because the buyer sees the BIN as my accepted price, but by using the words "asking price" along with a contact method, it won't scare off potential "near to" BIN offers.

Here's example: cable(dot)media

If you are willing to accept a near to BIN, I don't see the harm in being transparent and stating a minimum, but I prefer the focus of the lander on my best accepted price on the outset.

We want to sell for 3000, however we may accept an offer 2000.

based on what? what will make you accept a lower offer?
because, as a buyer, I may pay 3000 but I want to pay 2000 (actually I want to pay 20)

If a buyer has a limited budget 2000 and can not to pay 3000.
