There is a lot to learn here. By taking it one step at a time, it won't be overwhelming and you will be relaxed and learn more and more and more (and soon be successful).

One thing to keep in mind is that there's a huge difference between "flipping websites with content", and "flipping domains" (wholesale), and even "retailing domains" (fewer sales, but bigger markups to end users).

Definitely take time to learn as much as possible before spending too much.
