The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
β€œAll 456,976 combinations of LLLL.com, are taken.”

They also make great acronyms.

Take my LLLL ywul.com;
Could mean β€œyou will understand... Life love etc...”

Understandably, the full spelling of those domains, would prob all be available for hand-reg, (too long..) so they make great affordable, speculative assets.
Of course, it also helps to be pronounceable... those premium LLLL tend go the highest, Im sure see them

$120 is on really low min for a random LLLL.com?
Personally, I wouldn't touch number hyphen LLLLs
I’ll pm best website i use for shortnames.

Absolutely worth it for me. I consider LLLL.com’s (the good ones anyway) gold safe haven, not least, if u come up llll acronym for the four make sense

I said this in "Catchiest DN?" I own XTPE.com; for β€œextreme performance”

b4 anyone says; doesn't make sense... did it all b4;....β€œxl” means β€œextra-large"!

There's your "X" :xf.wink: Well actually, there's your XT... for EXTREME

Like all domains, there's Hype around all 4 letter domains (and many others) - As if the 4 letter acronym displayed by the seller/promoter makes sense to anyone but him/her. No, their own explanation or interpretation isn't a natural assumption to others by several hundred miles

There really was a massive and sustainable sales opportunity around 3 letters (all taken before 1999 by my checks at the time) These normally and often represented Company abbreviations .(as a sales opportunity) Today we have a lot of Domainers sales hype around 4 random letters as if they have the same follow-on value. The truth is they don't.(Again by a hundred miles) However, You may find a nugget particularly if it is pronounceable. Will you get your hands on a decent 4 letter - probably only by examining the after-market and hitting the right sellers spot at the right time

.com only

1. Do not state a LLLL is random until u judge it via different language or culture.
2. Some LLLL may have no obvious meaning, but just please the eye or ear, we called them brandable...
3. Premium letter matters.

This is something I have myself been thinking about. I have come across a couple of LLLL.com names and would think is there a meaning to this name I am not getting.

if happens always I believe..sometime a very bad LLLL if u judge it by "premium letter", but it actually full of meaning by other language...currently, most domainer understand what is good letter for English or Chinese, but how about all other language or culture? I think this is something fun and interesting...
