Depends largely on the buyer, for the end-user I'd say less than 1k because .global isn't really a thing.

If I have this domain , I will hold for maximum under 1 year. But If I hold and build website , I hold for maximum 3 years.

How about value ? Value = Always unlimited . But I usually calculate in the end of domain circle or when renewal time is coming. If I could not renew that domain then I feel domain really worthless.
