Are you joking? at very least $1,000,000!

I’d say mid $xx,xxx. Writing would be better imo because there’s no confusion - is it write or right? That’s what people would ask if they heard it.

Wholesale $15-45k
End User $80-200k
Keith is "right" phonetically the domain has issues

Google, Microsoft, Apple, such big names would pay top money for this domain, 200k is also really nothing to be honest.

Exactly with combined $2.5 Trillion in cash reserves if they wanted the name they would have it already since they don't..........

Since when is $200k "nothing to be honest"

That's a deposit on a $2m property

Wake up and smell the coffee

Wholesale $40-65k
End User $120-250k

I don't know why Google, Microsoft or Apple would need this domain at this moment, they're all tech companies...don't see the logic here.

Valuable domain, but like previous members pointed out: there are some phonetical issues, another disadvantage would be that there are also a lot of conjugations that would IMO make this domain a bit too broad for an investor: writer, writing, written, wrote.

It’s a great domain but as mentioned will forever be confused with “right.” People will say “Go to write dot com” and some will go to write.com and some to right.com

The advantage to the form mentioned above - writing.com - is that although there is still the phonetically equivalent word “righting” (as in righting a wrong) it is less common and would come to mind less when hearing the word “writing.”

Looks like OP is considering buying it does not own it.

write is good name for content, article, resume, codes, scripts, documents, or freelance writer board, etc

even in a high tech world, you ain't going far, if you can't read and write

i'm sure it gets plenty of traffic, so any valuation would have to consider that factor.

if I owned it, nothing less that six figure offers would get a reply.

imo...

Brilliant name, definite six figure retail (perhaps ceiling at mid-six, since it's not really an open vessel type name).

Wholesale 50-75k, I don't think it would have trouble hitting that at a Sedo/Namescon auction.

Best of luck!

>$1M retail.

I don't think what people say and hear is relevant to this particular industry. All people write using their computers nowadays, and whatever product or service would use this name, >95% it is going to rely on purely digital exposure, promotion, marketing and popularity.

Easily 6 figures IMO.

Mid six figures. It's a dominant .com and the authorship business is significant. Look at Wattpad-> 65 million users

7 figures, don't fool yourself. Write javascript, write root directory, phew, please. $2.5m no less.
